Job Description:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Chat Administrative Department and staff members.

  • Responds and Resolves Escalated Issues (Customer and Staff).

  • Manage incoming customer service requests.

  • Oversees team members in a certain department to ensure it's performing effectively.

  • Training employees, creating and implementing business strategies, and delegating tasks to team members.

  • Assist in managing Scheduling and CRM tools.

  • Assist in managing leads and existing customers.

  • Self-development in learning the more advanced coding curriculums.

  • Collecting and relaying feedback from students and parents to the leadership team.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 -3 years of working experience in a Customer Service Industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Able to work weekends

  • Knows how to do the following: CRM, Project Management, Communications, and Scheduling

  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Familiar with Python or/and javascript. (not a requirement but a plus)
