Description:

Urgent hiring for a self-motivated Virtual Office Assistants with experience managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Location: Mandaue, Cebu

•Work on site

•Fixed weekends off+HMO offer upon hire!

 

Preferably with customer service/VA personnel and can start as soon as possible.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to e-mails and manage phone calls
  • Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports
  • Handle confidential employer and client information
  • Handle additional tasks depending on clients’ needs

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have relevant work experience with the following:
  • - at least 3 years in either a VA or CSR role with Sales experience is preferred
  • Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
  • Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
  • Must have a strong customer service orientation.
