Description:

Requirement:

a. SPM / Diploma

b. With 2 years working experience

c. able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia

d. Good personnel skills and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Survey and sourcing enquiry from customers from existing / new suppliers and follow up with quotation
Prepare quotation / proposal to customers
issue PO to supplier upon PO received from customer, follow up with the delivery and logistics arrangement
Co-ordinate projects / jobs work progress
Issue Invoice & DO to customer after job done or upon goods to deliver
Assists drafting project proposal, preliminary schedules, Operation Manual
Update Report master listing report
filling Documentation
