Description:
  • To support all sales enquiry activities & requirements.

  • Prepare and generate quotation / invoice / receipt for clients./

  • Arrange and schedule appointment for booking order./

  • Enquiry / sales follow up.

  • Car scheduling arrangement./

  • Coordinate with operation team during delivery and collection car. /

  • To record keep all sales related.

  • Handling paperwork & online system booking.

  • Posting on social media - Google My Business & Facebook ,etc

  • Reply Review on social media./

  • Video  & Facebook live Boss./

  • Able to adapt with new position/ AdHoc task.

  • Medium level of Microsoft Word / Excel & Power Point.

  • Liaise with panel workshop , service center on maintenance./

  • 100% puncture time management.

  • Time management & arrangement , customer service is top priority.



     

    Job Requirements :

  • Valid Driving license & B2

  • Able to perform after working hour for delivery & collection car.

  • Must be able to perform when public holiday , school holiday and any other festival.

  • Language prefer : English, Mandarin,Bahasa. Chinese speaking value added ( all must preferred)

  • Own laptop

  • Working hour Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

  • Reply enquiry promptly Monday-Sunday

  • Stay in Seri Alam / Pasir Gudang or distance within 10km from Seri Alam

  • Aged between 23-28 years old
