Recruitment Officer

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Development Management

·       At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·       Preferable to have specialized end-to-end hiring and as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

·       Proven experience Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Jobstreet and Indeed

·       Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook.

·       Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Good written and verbal communications skills

·       Applicant must be willing to work at BGC Taguig City
