Job Summary
Assist the Board of Trustees to organize, monitor and to implement proper control of the organization. It is a task to oversee that all instructions of the Board of Trustees are properly being implemented by the organization while overseeing the overall operation of the property assigned to him/her.
Job Qualifications
· Experience in property management preferably residential property
· With 1-2 years of experience as Property Manager or related position
· Preferably with safety officer training certificate
· With pleasing personality
· Can supervise and lead multiple properties with more or less 600 units
· Strong organizational skills
· Can work under less or minimum supervision
