  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing director on his day to day tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Replying emails or calling to banks & relevant agencies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all levels.
  • Run errands as requested
  • Perform with initiative and responsibility to complete tasks assigned and identify/resolve issues proactively.
  • Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties.
  • To improve business processes relating to making the company director more productive, efficient, and effective.


  • Fresh grad are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, finance or other related field of study.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
