Operations Team Leader

Job description

• 1 year at least as a Team Leader.
• Good experience with Customer experience metrics such as NPS/VOC/NRS and Resolution/FCR whichever they call it.
• Substantial coaching experience
• Knows RCA
• Sales experience is a plus but that can be taught.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
