Job Description
This person is responsible for cost estimations and ensuring expenses are managed during construction projects.
- To prepare pre-contract and post-contract works includes quantity take off, preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- To do pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc.
- Liaise with client, consultant, contractor and supplier.
- To assist all administrative activities of the project site.
- Records and filing of all administrative documentation.
- To assist the superior in coordinating site activities & project meeting arrangement when necessary.
- Compile utilities bills, record data and prepare the calculation sheet and pass to account department.
- To generate the temperature report.
- To assist superior in general administrative including typing, drafting letters, reports and minutes of meetings.
- To handle stock for stationeries, spare parts and toiletries (tissue paper, sanitizing, sops, etc. and replenish when the stock level running low, all employees' duty but mostly will be handle by juniors in the company).
Qualifications:
■MUST TO HAVE:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building construction and infrastructure works
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PP & AutoCAD
- Possess own transport
- Able to work at Shah Alam & Subang Area and willing to travelling.

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels in the Company
Working Hour
Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day Alternative
9am-6pm
