JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Preferably has experience in IT Products.
  • Strong selling, marketing and management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Willing to do field work
  • Preferably has B2B knowledge and experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies: The sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and setting targets for the sales team.

Managing the sales team: The sales manager is responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets. This involves hiring and training new sales representatives, setting performance expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Building relationships with customers: The sales manager is responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met. This involves working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, providing solutions, and following up on customer feedback.

Analyzing sales data: The sales manager is responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This involves using sales analytics tools to track key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales growth, and customer retention.

Collaborating with other departments: The sales manager is responsible for collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Ensuring compliance with regulations: The sales manager is responsible for ensuring that the sales team operates within regulatory guidelines and company policies. This involves staying up-to-date with industry regulations and working with the legal department to ensure compliance.

Managing budgets: The sales manager is responsible for managing the sales budget and ensuring that the team operates within budget constraints. This involves setting targets, monitoring spending, and making adjustments as needed.

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
