About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Commercial - Marketing

Reporting to: Assistant Creative Manager

As a Creative Team Leader, you will be working with the Creative Specialists in translating and bringing the arts and objects to life. You will be producing images to illustrate movement.

Other responsibilities include:

Supervising the group to meet the team’s goals and objectives.
Designing photographically accurate models, creating graphics, visual effects, and character rigging through 3D animation techniques.
Designing and overseeing the development of videos, e-commerce, and other product-related materials such as catalogs, flyers, and logos to support the marketability of the FELCO brands.
Cascading the design and layout to a creative specialist for execution, final approval of templated design in the creative group, then submitting the artwork to the requestor.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree specializing in graphic design, multimedia arts, animation, illustration, visual graphics, or computer-aided design software.
At least 1 year of experience in a video animation or design role.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong background in storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while being creative, imaginative, and flexible.
