SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
 

Job Description

• Attend to inquiries from prospects/purchasers
• Assist and follow up on documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases
• Support marketing team in the implementation of sales activities
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
• Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
• Training provided
• 2 full-time positions
   

Requirements

• Sales experience in property (residential, industrial and condominium) is an added advantage
• Familiar with documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases for landed and high-rise buildings
• Experience in tenancy documentation
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and good typing skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
   

Remuneration

• RM2,000-RM3,000
• Salary will commensurate with experience
