  1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  2. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  3. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  4. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  5. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  6. Handle office clerical and general duties in administration.
  7. Update daily reporting on submission of documentation.
  8. To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time


  1. Candidate must possess at least possess SPM/SPTM/ Diploma/ Degree in Administration or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience
  3. Willing to work at Mont Kiara
