QUANTITY SURVEYOR

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent;

·         With at least 5 to 10 years of working experience with five (5) years in quantity surveying works on large scale building and infrastructure projects

·         Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract, preferred;

·         Experience in project contract administration, general business administration and project management

·         Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills;
