Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resource operational activities covering payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent acquisition & retention, and employee relations etc.
  • The main responsibilities is to oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, and to comply with statutory requirements, meeting contribution and updating staff data in HRIS
  • Lead payroll team members to ensure efficient operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames and comply with relevant legislation.
  • Continuous improvement on the level of performance and quality of work.
  • Work in close partnership with the respective department HOD to develop and implement HR practices and strategies to support business expansion;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business direction;
  • Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five (8) years of payroll experience for construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
